エリア経済経営研究会について
このたびは、エリア経済経営研究会のホームページをご覧いただきありがとうございます。主宰を務めさせていただいております、神田榮治と申します。
わたしは、兵庫県庁をやめた後は４年間信用保証協会の理事長として、民間企業でいえば会長兼社長の仕事をつとめました。最初に２５０名の職員全員との面談をおこない課題の把握に努め、その後、様々な経営改善をすすめました。協会時代は、さいわい県庁時代と比べると比較にならないほど余裕のある仕事であったので、学生時代に十分やれなかった政治学の勉強を神戸大学の夜間の社会人大学院コースで学ぶことができました。この経験と県庁生活最後の仕事であった県立大学の仕事の関係でたぶんその後いくつかの大学で10年間の客員教授等になることにつながったのではないかと思います。
そしてこの間の様々な経験が、今回この「エリア経済経営研究会」という場を立ち上げる動機づけとなりました。皆様方からの闊達なご意見をぜひお待ちしております。

Thank you for visiting the website of the Area Economic Management Study Group. My name is Koji Kanda and I am serving as the presiding officer.
After leaving the Hyogo prefectural government office, I worked as a chairman of the Credit Guarantee Association for four years, working as a chairman and president for private companies. At first, we interviewed with all 250 staff members in an effort to grasp the issues, and then proceeded with various management improvements. The association period was an incomparable job compared to the prefectural office period, so I could study the political science studies I could not get enough in my student period at the night graduate student course at Kobe University. The I think that it probably led to becoming a visiting professor etc. for 10 years at some universities after this because of the work of the prefectural university which was the last job of this experience and prefectural government life.
And various experiences during this time have motivated the establishment of this "area economic management study meeting" this time. We look forward to hearing from you.
